Their primary components, including the base, saddles, worktables, columns, and spindle housings, are all constructed from HT300 cast iron. The base features a box-type structure, complemented by a compact and rationally designed symmetrical rib structure, ensuring the high rigidity and bending resistance of the foundational elements. A-type bridge struts and internal grid-like ribs robustly guarantee the stiffness and precision of the Z-axis during heavy cutting. Furthermore, these fundamental parts are manufactured using resin sand casting and undergo aging treatment to assure the long-term stability of the machine tool's performance.
