Working principle

This product does not belong to throttling device, and the basic equation of throttling device cannot be used. This product is a hydrodynamic flowmeter. The basic principle is as follows: the pressure measured by the high-pressure tap and the low-pressure tap is transmitted to the high-pressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber inside the detection rod respectively. After averaging here, the "average total pressure" and "average back pressure" are obtained, which are transmitted to the high-pressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber of the differential pressure transmitter respectively, and the differential pressure signals of the two are converted into current signals, After the display instrument (or computer) calculation and processing, the fluid flow can be known

Installation position and direction
To meet the accuracy and repeatability of flow measurement, the correct mounting direction and straight pipe section are essential
Conditions. Refer to Table 1 to select the length of the minimum multiple of the diameter of the straight pipe segment from the bend.

• Consult your factory for instructions on square or rectangular pipes.
• "In plane A" means that A Niuba and the elbow of the pipe are in the same plane. noooo

• If the correct straight pipe section cannot be achieved, install the Anuba upstream of the straight pipe section
