20CrMnTi High-Precision Sewing Machine Gears High Surface Hardness For Sewing Machine
20CrMnTi High-Precision Sewing Machine Gears High Surface Hardness For Sewing Machine
Compound feed lockstitch sewing machine gears are core precision transmission gears specially designed for tri-synchronous compound feed lockstitch machines. Made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy through small-module precision machining, high-precision heat treatment and gear grinding, they are mainly used for power distribution and synchronous motion of main shaft drive, upper & lower compound feeding, tooth holder swinging, thread take-up and thread trimming mechanisms. Featuring accurate transmission, good synchronism, impact resistance, low noise and long service life, they are widely used in heavy-duty sewing such as thick materials, sofas, leather, luggage and automotive interiors, serving as key parts to ensure uniform stitches and stable feeding.
Product Features
- Small module, high precision and strong transmission synchronism to ensure consistent upper and lower feeding.
- Impact and fatigue resistant, suitable for heavy-duty sewing of thick materials, multi-layer materials and leather.
- High tooth surface hardness and good wear resistance, not easy to wear during long-term high-speed operation.
- Smooth operation, low vibration and low noise, improving continuous working stability.
- Small heat treatment distortion, high dimensional consistency and strong assembly interchangeability.
- Compact structure, suitable for narrow space of compound feed sewing machine heads.
- Accurate linkage with thread trimming, backstitch and presser bar lifting mechanisms with synchronized actions.

Cautions
- Overload sewing of extra-thick and extra-hard materials is strictly prohibited to avoid gear chipping and fracture.
- Dry running without oil is forbidden to prevent rapid wear, ablation and increased noise.
- Striking the tooth surface during installation is not allowed to avoid tooth deformation and synchronization failure.
- Prevent thread lint, cloth scraps and dust from entering the gearbox to avoid abrasive wear.
- Control operating temperature within -10℃~70℃ to avoid lubrication failure caused by high temperature.
- Stop immediately for maintenance if abnormal noise, jitter or stitch deviation occurs.
- Gears must be replaced in pairs when wear exceeds standard to ensure synchronization accuracy.
- Keep storage environment dry and ventilated to avoid corrosion affecting transmission precision.
