This fully automatic strap winder processes composite cord straps directly from extruders in parallel winding operations. The CQA940C system operates independently after manual material application and integrates seamlessly into fully automated production plants.

The system winds cord straps with widths ranging from 9mm to 40mm depending on configuration. When a winding package reaches the target 500mm circumference, it is automatically film-wrapped and transported from the line while a new winding tube is fed from the magazine for continuous operation.
