High Efficiency Fiber Demister Overview
The fiber demister, also known as a fiber mist eliminator or fiber bed filter, is engineered to remove fine liquid droplets and mist from gas streams. This critical separation device features two concentric screens or parallel flat screens filled with compressed fiber pads, constructed from various alloys, thermoformed plastics, or fiberglass reinforced plastics.
