PSA Technology Innovation
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology represents a revolution in non-cryogenic air separation and oxygen generation. The system uses special grade Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS) for efficient gas separation.
The compressed air passes through a Twin Tower PSA module interconnected with automatic change-over valves. After drying in refrigerated dryers, the air contacts Zeolite molecular sieves, which preferentially adsorb nitrogen molecules, allowing high-purity oxygen output.
The outgoing oxygen gas is directed to a surge vessel where minimum pressure is maintained using a Back Pressure Regulator for consistent performance.
