1.SQC-A quick-change tool changers automate the tool change process and include a safety mechanism to prevent tool drop if the air supply is interrupted.
● Fail-safe lock design limits piston load and holds the tool plate even during air cut-off
● Large piston and external clamp offer increased moment capacity
● All parts in contact are made from hardened stainless steel
● Emergency unlocking can be done manually, no spring force involved
● Tool changes completed in seconds reduce maintenance time
