1.SQC-A series tool changers are designed for automatic tool changes and feature a failure-proof locking mechanism to secure tools during air interruptions.
â— Fail-safe lock applies minimal piston pressure and ensures the tool plate does not detach when air supply is interrupted
â— External clamping and oversized piston boost load-bearing capacity
â— All critical parts are made from toughened stainless steel
â— Emergency release can be activated manually without spring tension
â— Reduces tool change time during repair and maintenance
â— Automatic switching ensures higher safety for operators
Optional spring
SQC-A changers can be fitted with a spring for extra fall protection in case of air cut-off.
