Applications:
Firstly, we have the capability to produce a variety of large module gears in accordance with specified drawings. This includes utilizing different materials such as carbon and alloy steel, adhering to various standards such as ASTM, DIN, EN, GOST, JIS and others, and manufacturing through either forging or casting processes.
The module of gear we can create ranges from 1 to 40, with a maximum gear grinding module of 24. Additionally, the maximum diameter of the gear wheel that can be produced is 8000mm, while the maximum diameter of spiral gear is 2000mm. This is complemented by a maximum gear shaft length of 5000mm.
Moreover, we offer an OEM service based on the specific drawings and requirements of our customers. Our manufacturing process also includes heat treatment, through the method of case hardening, which further enhances the durability of the gear.
Lastly, we are able to produce gears with different tooth shapes, such as spur gears, helical gears, drum gears, bevel gears, and spiral bevel gears.
