EN54/LPCB Certified Reflective Beam Smoke Detector
Advanced Optical Beam Technology
This reflective optical beam smoke detector integrates both light transmitter and receiver in a single unit. The system creates a reliable light path by reflecting emitted light off a retro-reflector positioned opposite the detector, ensuring minimal scattering and maximum signal integrity.
Fire Detection Operation
When smoke enters the beam path, smoke particles absorb and scatter the light, reducing the received signal and increasing optical obscuration. The detector's processor analyzes these signal changes using pre-programmed algorithms to determine fire conditions, activating corresponding relays and LED indicators when fire is detected.
