The Z11H internal thread gate valve has low fluid resistance and requires minimal torque for opening and

closing. It can be used in loop pipe systems where the medium flows in both directions, meaning the medium

flow direction is unrestricted. When fully open, the sealing surface is less eroded by the working medium

compared to globe valves. The physical structure is relatively simple, with good manufacturability and a short

structural length. This product is suitable for opening and closing applications in pipelines for water, oil, steam,

etc., and features advantages such as low flow resistance, flexible opening/closing, long service life, and

safety/reliability.

2. The sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are surfacing welded with iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, offering

excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-scuffing performance, and long service life.

3. Adopting a wedge-type elastic gate or rigid wedge single-gate structure, with rolling bearings installed in medium and large diameters for

flexible and easy switching.

4. The valve stem undergoes quenching and tempering as well as surface nitriding treatment, providing good corrosion resistance, anti-

scuffing property, and wear resistance.

5. Various pipe flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user

requirements.

6. The valve body materials are complete in variety, and packing and gaskets can be reasonably selected according to actual working
