Product introduction:

The pneumatic flanged butterfly valve is a key equipment widely used in the field of industrial fluid control, suitable for working conditions where the medium temperature does not exceed 120°C. With its flanged connection structure, the valve ensures a stable docking with the pipeline system, featuring strong sealing performance to effectively prevent medium leakage. In the light textile industry, it can accurately regulate the steam flow in dyeing and finishing processes; in the papermaking industry, it is used to control the water flow and (liquid medicine) delivery in the pulping process; in the food and pharmaceutical fields, its non-toxic and environmentally friendly sealing materials meet hygienic standards to ensure product safety; and in gas transmission pipelines, whether for natural gas transmission or factory compressed air systems, it can achieve efficient flow regulation and medium interception.

In terms of performance characteristics, the pneumatic flanged butterfly valve has significant advantages. Its streamlined valve cavity design greatly reduces fluid resistance. Especially for medium and large diameter specifications, the effective flow area when the valve is fully open is nearly the inner diameter of the pipeline, which can minimize pressure loss and improve transmission efficiency. In terms of power drive, the pneumatic actuator equipped with the valve is highly responsive. By driving the disc to rotate 90°, the opening and closing actions can be completed within a few seconds. Compared with traditional valves, it is more rapid and labor-saving in operation. In addition, by adjusting the pressure of the pneumatic device or installing a positioner, precise control of the medium flow can be achieved to meet the refined operation requirements of different working conditions.
