Product introduction:


The Y-type globe valve is a common type of valve, named for its structural shape resembling the letter "Y". Primarily used to control fluid flow, it offers excellent shut-off performance and flow regulation capability.The main feature of the Y-type globe valve lies in its unique internal structure design. It adopts a "Y"-shaped channel design, enabling the fluid to form a swirling flow as it passes through the valve. This reduces the impact and wear of the fluid on the valve. Meanwhile, the Y-type globe valve has a larger channel area, ensuring high flow capacity while minimizing pressure loss.During operation, the Y-type globe valve also demonstrates reliable sealing performance. With a robust sealing structure, it effectively prevents medium leakage. Additionally, it boasts high corrosion and high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for various working conditions.

  3. The sealing surface is surfacing-welded with Stellite hard alloy, featuring strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and friction resistance for a long service life.
  4. The valve stem undergoes quenching & tempering and surface nitriding treatment, ensuring good corrosion and friction resistance.
  5. It can adopt a double-sealing design (including bellows), providing more reliable performance and preventing external leakage.
  6. The valve stem lifting position indicator offers intuitive visualization.
  7. The material of components, as well as the dimensions of flanges and butt-welding ends, can be rationally configured according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
