EQUIPMENT FEATURES

  • On SL180 corrugated pipe equipment, the small-sized and mid-sized double wall corrugated pipes are produced for cable protection, water collection, vetilation system and bridge.
  • The corrugator is available in two differenct lengths.

EXTRUDERS

  • Single screw extruders and large L/D ratio- 36:1 screws, which has a good plasticization, high output.


 

DIE HEAD

  • Short flow channel acheives lowe temperature and low pressure extrusion, which increases production efficiency by 25%.
  • Dynamic adjustment of die head.
  • Less adjustment time- without usage of fastening scerws.
  • Cooling mandrel is made of the aluminium alloy and has a wear resistance layer on the discharge, high cooling efficiency and longer life service life.
