In order to fulfill the requirements of on-site construction sites and other operating environments without a power supply, our company has developed a concrete delivery pump powered by a diesel engine. This pump integrates mechanical and electro-hydraulic technologies. It has low emissions and fuel consumption, conforming to the Euro V emission standards. It boasts reliable performance, stable operation, strong pumping capacity, and convenient maintenance. The entire machine can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments such as beams, tunnels, hydropower stations, mines, and other operating conditions. For the pumping operation, the technology of “automatically adjusting the diesel engine speed” is employed. During the pumping process, the speed sensor detects the speed of the diesel engine and transmits it to the control computer. Due to the change in pumping pressure, the speed of the diesel engine will change accordingly. The control computer controls the throttle motor to increase or decrease the throttle based on the detected speed change and automatically adjusts the diesel engine to operate in the optimal speed state. The HBT30-10RSD diesel engine-powered concrete pump prevents the diesel engine from overspeeding, avoiding the overspeed damage to the hydraulic oil pump. For the cooling of hydraulic oil, an advanced air-cooling heat dissipation system is adopted, which does not require a water source and is easy to use.
