Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber (LMF) is engineered using polyester and modified polyester spun simultaneously, creating a specialized fiber with melting points ranging from 90°C to 220°C. The most common 110°C variant features a sheath-core structure that melts at 110-150°C, providing excellent bonding properties for various industrial applications.
