This machine is designed for punching the poker playing card paperboard (normally 6*9 layout) into the standard poker cards and collect them as one set (normally 54 cards per set) in a full automatic and precise way. It applies the special paperboard sheet lading and feeding mechanism. It adopts touch screen with friendly man-machine interface operation, and the high-power servo motor works as punching power.
The high-sensitivity laser sensor cooperates with two sets of stepping systems for vertical search cursor positioning and servo motor-driven ball screw for horizontal search cursor positioning and feeding. It realizes the two-direction positioning of X and Y axes in the plane, and the punching accuracy is not affected by the cutting accuracy of the plastic sheet edge, so that the positioning accuracy is less than ±0.10mm.
The professional card collection structure design makes it suitable for punching and sorting collection of poker playing cards and serial number plastic cards.
