Automatic IC Card Embedding Machine YIE-4000 is designed for embedding or implanting the punched IC chips into the milled slots or cavities of PVC cards in a precise and speedy way. It includes 4 heating heads, 1 cooling head and 1 ATR checking unit. It is controlled by PLC, which can well ensure easy parameter setting and stable performance.
It is for embedding chip into a card cavity. It is available for ACF DI card chip embedding.
2. Functional configuration of ACF DI Card Cavity Embedding Machine With PLC and Servo Motor YIE-4000
Basic configuration:
Card feeding magazines (two)-Chip tape convey-punch station-chip pick-place station-heating heads (four)-cooling head (one)-ATR checking station-Card Collection magazines (two)-bad card collection unit
- Special servo motor stepping system is applied to convey and punch IC chip tapes, which can ensure precise and stable performance. The parameters are adjustable in an easy way.
- Heating station is used for heating and melt the glue behind the chip, and its temperature and pressure is adjustable.
- IC Module stepping is automatically monitored and controlled by the sensor system, and the bad chips can be automatically removed before embedding.
- It applied PLC program as control system, which can ensure speedy and stable performance of the machine. If there are any errors occurring, the machine will alert and stop automatically.
- The unique ATR system is to check the embedding chip performance. If the chip is found bad by ATR, the bad card will be rejected automatically.
Features:
- It is control by PLC and servo motor.
- Conveying belt system is driven by the clutch-brake motor. Cards are sent automatically by conveyor and has high accuracy of positioning .
- The direction of milled and un-milled card will be automatically inspected.
- Different size of implanting mould is easy to replace.
- The pneumatic clip with the function of automatically adjustment will put the card on the desired place.
- The Optical-fiber sensor can test the IC card integrity before implanted.
- IC card will be automatically positioned to ensure the high accuracy of implanting.
- Implanted card is up to ISO7816 standard and the machine equipped with the device for testing the accuracy of the implanted chip
- Test the modular ATR before collecting card.
- OCR to check embedding chip result.
