This automatic PE/PP plastic film recycling machine from MOOGE TECH is engineered for processing waste plastic materials including PE/LDPE/LLDPE film, PP woven bags, and PP jumbo bags. The comprehensive system transforms contaminated materials into clean plastic flakes through a multi-stage process of crushing, friction washing, rinsing, dewatering, and hot air drying.
The washing line can be configured in "L" or "U" shapes to accommodate different workshop layouts, and components can be customized based on specific material requirements and production needs.

Floating Washing Tank
Removes contaminants from film and bag materials using paddle agitation. Constructed with durable SUS 304 stainless steel.
High Speed Friction Washer
Eliminates sand, soil, and contaminated water from materials using high-speed rotation at 1500 rpm. Contact surfaces made from SUS 304 stainless steel.
Hot Washer Tank (Optional)
Utilizes heated water and chemical reagents to remove oil, adhesive residues, and stubborn contaminants. Constructed with SUS 304 stainless steel.
Film Dewatering Machine
Extracts water from processed materials. All material-contact components manufactured from SUS 304 stainless steel.
Pipe Drying System
Provides final drying using heated air circulation. Contact surfaces constructed from SUS 304 stainless steel.
Pelletizing Integration
The system can be integrated with plastic pelletizing lines to transform clean flakes into reusable pellets.
