Plastic Agglomerator Machine Overview
The plastic agglomerator/densifier/compactor machine processes plastic scrap including wet or dry recycling plastic films, PET fiber, woven bags, PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PS, and other thermoplastics with thickness under 2mm into small granules and pellets. This essential and economical machine is ideal for PP/PE plastic pelleting production lines, PP/PE/PVC pipe production lines, and plastic recycling operations.
Working Principle
Waste plastic enters the chamber where rotating and fixed knives cut it into smaller chips. Frictional movement generates heat, causing material to reach a semi-plasticizing state. Particles adhere together through plasticization, then cold water spray rapidly cools the material, forming small granules or pellets. Color agents can be added during processing for customized coloring.
