Product Description
This PET fiber plastic agglomerating machine is designed for granulating thermal plastic films and PET fibers with thickness less than 2 mm directly into small granules and pellets. It efficiently processes soft PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP, foam PS, PET fibers, and other thermoplastics.
Working Principle
Waste plastic enters the chamber where rotating and fixed knives cut it into smaller chips. Frictional movement generates heat, causing the material to reach a semi-plasticizing state. Particles stick together during plasticization, then cold water spray rapidly cools the material, forming small granules. Color agents can be added during processing for customized coloring.
