The PE PP Plastic Agglomerator Machine is designed for efficient recycling of thermoplastic films and fibers into reusable granules. This advanced equipment processes materials including HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, PET fibers, and foam PS with thickness under 2mm, transforming waste plastic directly into valuable pellets.
Working Principle
Waste plastic enters the chamber where rotating and fixed knives cut it into smaller chips. Frictional heat during processing creates a semi-plasticized state, causing particles to adhere. Cold water injection rapidly cools the material, forming uniform granules that can be color-coded during processing.
