Geocell is a new type of geosynthetic material made from HDPE broadband through frequency off welding processing. It utilizes its
three-dimensional confinement principle and is suitable for foundation reinforcement, cushion layer, and surface protection. It is
a three-dimensional structure, and by changing its depth and hole type combination, rigid or semi elastic plates can be obtained,
which can greatly improve the bearing capacity of soft and loose filling materials. It can be widely used for soft foundation
treatment and slope protection of railways, highways, deserts, marshes, mudflat, airports, as well as for landslide control,
retaining wall construction, bump at bridge-head and vegetation protection of urban greening.
Scope of application
Geocells are used for semi filled and semi filled roadbeds, roadbeds in windy and sandy areas, embankment reinforcement for
embankment filling, roadbeds in permafrost areas, treatment of loess collapsible roadbeds, saline soil, and expansive soil.
