Feeding System for Broiler

Broiler pan feeding system is consisted of drive system, feed hopper, feed transport auger, feed pan, suspension system, anti-perch system and feed level sensor. Its major fun to transport feed from hopper to every feed pan, and to automatically control the on/off rive system, achieving automation of the entire feeding system.

The tray is made of PP-polypropylene pure raw material, design for the 14 grid, 13 speed able, so as to meet the production quantity of food, different day old chickens. Smooth, c or the design of V type, hanging fastening, convenient disassembly and cleaning, each tr 0-55 adult chicken, can also be as the chicks feeding use.

• Silo type and hopper type are the two main feeding lines.

• Feed transport system runs steadily, and feed can be transport ed to each feed pan to guarantee the sufficient feedsupply for broiler.

• Silo volume can be adjusted based on the specific number of birds per shed. (Approximately 0.65 ton/m3)

• Imported feed level sensor is provided in the automatic electronic-controlled box, which greatly enhances the accuracy of the whole feeding transport process.

• Feed pan is adjustable in height, easy to clean, and can bedismantled and then used for rearing.

1. Main Feeding line
It is transferred to the feeders by delivery system when feed fill up base hopper. The base hopper with qualities of large capacity,scientific design,firm structure,low cost and long life span.
2. Broiler Pan Feeding System
Feed pan is the core of feeding system. The pan feeding system for broilers is solid and reliable through the application of high quality materials and components.easy access for birds from day one to flow out.
3. Nipple Drinking System
Nipple drinking system provides flesh and clean water for birds,which is very vital to let the birds have a good growing performance. Meanwhile,nipple drinking system can make the poultry house environment better. The nipple drinking system has been become the necessary equipment for stander poultry feeding.
4. Environment Control System
Based on the windows 2000 of the automatic environmental monitoring network system of poultry house. You can easily achieve centralized monitoring of environmental conditions within a certain range.
