Main Feeding System |
This system delivers feed from the silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line which control the motor on and off automatic to release, automatic delivery. |

This system saves the labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth environment of the chickens. It is imported from Israel can set an optimum working mode according to the local climate and raising environment. |

This system effectively cools,humidifies,dedusts and disinfects the hen house(the temperature is quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes). |
The Floor Description
1.Cell size:Length 3000mm,width 1820mm,height 450 mm. Raising areas is 5.46㎡.
2.The maximum raising density is 50kg/㎡. 110 birds can be put in each tier. For 3 tiers, 330 birds can be put per cage unit.For 4 tiers,440 birds can be put per cage unit. The distance between two adjacent cage frames should be more than 1.2m.
3.For each tier there are two watering lines and one feeding line. There are 2 feeding pans and 12 nipples for drinking.
4.The material of the main equipment is galvanized steel. The galvanization standard for main parts is more than 275g/㎡(accord with international standard GB/T2518-2008).The material has excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties
4 tiers Battery Cage:2 to 4 times higher capacity compared to floor system,higher utilization of space reduced energy costs for heating or cooling.

The Floor in Cages
The floor is made of polypropylene. It will not damage the birds' feet. It can be drawn out when catching the birds. The efficiency of birds catching is high.
Lamp in Cages
The luminance of the LED light can be adjusted to meet the demand of the different day old bird.
Conveying & Dispensing System
Feed conveying and dispensing system uses PE pipe and auger imported from South Africa. The feed conveying speed is fast. It is easy to maintain.
