Screw conveyors, also known as auger conveyors or industrial screw conveyors, are systems designed to transfer free-flowing and non-free-flowing, dry and semi-dry bulk materials.

Note: Since the operation involves a screw cutting through bulk materials, we do not recommend using screw conveyors to process substances that are sticky or do not break down easily, such as gels.

The screw conveyor is suitable for conveying powder, granules, patches, and scattered materials including cement, coal dust, food, fertilizer, and sand. Maximum operating temperature: 200°C.

Material Restrictions: Not suitable for materials that are easily deteriorated, viscous, or prone to lumping.

The conveyor can transport horizontally, obliquely, and vertically, or be configured as spatial transmission lines. Generally fixed installations offer large conveying capacity and long-distance capabilities, making them widely used across industries.
