Product Introduction
The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove with left-handed and right-handed configurations. Through gear-driven rotation at the shaft extension, the spiral bodies move materials axially to achieve efficient conveying.
Working Principle
Material enters through the feed port and is propelled by the rotating helical blades. The thrust components and blade friction facilitate axial movement along the trough, while gravity and trough friction prevent rotation, ensuring controlled material flow.
