Working Principle
The magnetic separator operates by placing matrix net inside the working chamber surrounded by screw coils. AC power is converted to DC excitation power through a silicon rectifier control system. When the coil is energized, the matrix becomes magnetized, creating a non-uniform high gradient magnetic field on its surface. As slurry passes through the matrix chamber, magnetic materials are absorbed while non-magnetic materials pass through, effectively separating magnetic from non-magnetic substances.
