Matrix net is placed inside the working chamber surrounded by screw coils. AC power is converted to DC excitation power via silicon rectifier control system. When the coil is energized, the matrix becomes magnetized, creating a non-uniform high gradient magnetic field on its surface. As slurry passes through the matrix, magnetic particles are captured while non-magnetic materials flow through, achieving effective separation.
