Matrix net is placed inside the working chamber surrounded by screw coil. AC power is transformed into DC excitation power via silicon rectifier control system. When the coil is energized, the matrix becomes magnetized, creating a non-uniform magnetic field with high gradient on the matrix surface. As slurry passes through the matrix, magnetic particles are absorbed while non-magnetic materials pass through, achieving effective separation.
