This 1.6kW Unit System DAF Machine utilizes advanced dissolved air flotation technology for efficient sewage treatment. The system generates uniform micro-bubbles (5-80μm) that effectively separate suspended solids, oils, and other contaminants from wastewater.
Technology & Operation
Based on Henry's Law principles, the DAF system dissolves air in water under high pressure, then releases it at atmospheric pressure to create millions of micro-bubbles. These bubbles attach to suspended particles, forming a floating sludge layer that is easily removed through skimming.
