1. Clean tile gaps to 3mm depth using specialized tools
2. Wipe gaps with damp cloth to remove dust residue
3. Apply masking tape to protect tile surfaces (optional)
4. Cut nozzle to 45-degree angle and load into glue gun
5. Apply grout evenly along gaps
6. Press seams smooth after 10-15 minutes
7. Clean excess material after 24-hour curing period
