Product Overview

Water-based Flexible PU Foam is an environmentally friendly insulation material that uses water as the blowing agent. This innovative formulation provides excellent performance characteristics including low density (8-10 kg/m³), open cell structure, and flame retardant properties (B3 grade).

Environmental Benefits

During the spray application process, the small open cells fill with air without producing toxic gases that harm the ozone layer. This makes it a sustainable, low-carbon alternative to traditional blowing agents like F-11 and HCFC-141B.
