About cage frame system

The medium frames are constructed from a durable Mg-Al-Zn alloy, while the head and

tail frames feature hot-dip galvanized coating. All frames exhibit excellent strength and

superior corrosion resistance, capable of enduring harsh environmental conditions with

a service life extending up to 25 years.

The Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire mesh with excellent plastic features a smooth, burr-free

surface to protect chickens’ feet and skin. The bottom wire mesh securely supports

eggs without causing cracks or damage.

The story height is 700mm,ensuring proper ventilation and ample natural light.

Additionally, the manure belt is positioned 13-15cm below the top net, effectively

reducing contamination and reducing the probability of chicken pecking the manure

belt.

The metal buckles fasten directly to the trough, distributing force evenly across the cage

structure for enhanced strength and minimal deformation. Trough is made of  Al-Zn-Mg

high strength plate, thickness 0.95-0.98mm. Trough hook is 1.8mm.
