Cage Frame System Specifications
- Material: Cages are crafted from Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire, processed in our dedicated mesh workshop. The middle support (40*30*40mm) is precision-bent in our metal workshop.
- Head Support: Hot-dip galvanized rectangular tube with adjustable foot (100mm width, adjustable height).
- Multi-tier Systems: For 6 to 8 tiers, includes walkway platform (3mm, φ6 twisted steel wire) and stairs with hot-dip galvanized treatment for safety and durability.
- Tier Design: Each tier has a height of 700mm for optimal ventilation and light penetration, working with fans to promote air circulation.
- Egg Collection: Features 7.5° sloped bottom mesh with reinforced shock-absorbing wires, extended egg pockets, and alloy anti-peck plates to minimize breakage.
- Structural Integrity: Partition nets securely fastened to supports with metal clamps that lock tightly onto trough, forming a unified structure that distributes stress evenly.
- Trough Options: Al-Zn-Mg alloy troughs available in two versions: 0.98mm thick with flanged edges or 0.95mm thick without flanged edges, featuring smooth surfaces for durability.
