Product Introduction
1. The rubber expansion joint must be selected according to the working pressure, connection method, medium and compensation amount of the pipeline, and its quantity is selected according to the noise reduction displacement requirements.
2. When the instantaneous pressure of the rubber expansion joint installation pipeline is greater than the working pressure, the joint should be selected one level higher than the working pressure. (For example, when the instantaneous pressure of the pipeline starts > 1.0MPa, the joint with a working capacity of 1.6MPa should be selected.) When the instantaneous pressure >1.6MPa, a 2.5MPa connector should be used).
3. When the rubber expansion joint is used at the inlet and outlet of the water pump, it should be located near the side of the water pump, and the metal reducer joint should be installed between it and the water pump, and it should be installed at the large diameter of the reducer.
4. When the pipeline medium of rubber expansion joint is acid, alkali, oil, high temperature and other special materials, the joint should be selected one level higher than the working pressure of the pipeline.
5. The flange of the rubber expansion joint should be the valve flange or the flange in accordance with GB/T9115.1 (RF).
