Overview

Mandatory turns ratio/voltage ratio testing for power transformers is required during production (semi-finished/finished stages), pre-commissioning of new units, and per Ministry of Electric Power preventive test protocols. This test checks turns ratio correctness, tap changer condition, inter-turn short circuits, and parallel operation suitability. Traditional bridges have drawbacks: hard-to-read results and phase-by-phase testing. Our Turns Ratio Tester resolves these issues—featuring intuitive operation, a three-phase precision inverter power supply, fast testing speed, and high accuracy.

Panel description

(1). Display screen: 7-inch high-definition color touch screen LCD, digital adjustment backlight, display operation menu and test results.

(2). High voltage terminal: connect the yellow, green, red and black terminals of the test line, and connect the three phases a, B, C and O on the high voltage side of the tested transformer.

(3). Low voltage terminal: yellow, green, red and black are connected to three phases a, B, C and o at the low voltage side of the tested transformer

(4). AC220V: power input port of the whole machine, connected to AC220V power frequency power supply.

(5). protective grounding post.

(6). Communication: serial communication

(7). USB: USB storage

(8). Printer: print test results after measurement.
