FEI's External Debeader 900mm is a high-quality tool designed for the removal of external beads resulting from the butt fusion welding process, suitable for HDPE pipe sizes ranging from 500 to 900mm.
The tool can peel the bead away from the pipe's surface, whether it's hot or cold, leaving a flush finish and allowing the pipe to be smoothly slip-lined into a larger diameter pipe. Additionally, it enables a closer inspection of the weld to detect potential defects.
