(Analogue to BYK-346)

 

First,Product description

 

D-346 is a polyether modified organosilicon compound, which can greatly reduce the surface tension of the system, thus providing a strong wetting ability, without affecting the repainting property. It is an excellent wetting leveling agent for substrate. It is suitable for waterborne wood coatings, inks and UV curing systems, with defoaming effect.

Solvent: dipropylene glycol monomethylether

 

Third,Characteristic

 

It has excellent leveling, wetting, compatibility, anti shrinkage, anti adhesion, good recoating and defoaming properties.

 

Fourth,Application system and dosage

 

It is suitable for waterborne wood coatings, waterborne industrial coatings, UV curable coatings, inks and other systems.

The addition amount is different according to different use systems. Generally, 0.1-1% of the total amount can be added at any stage of production.
