Film Wrapping Machine for Bottled Purified Water Production Line
Scope of Application
This heat shrink packaging machine is designed for industrial packaging of glass bottles, PET bottles, and cans in industries including water, beverages, beer, food, and pharmaceuticals.
Production Capacity: 12,000 to 48,000 bottles/hour
Packaging Speed: 30 to 260 packages per minute
Equipment Principle
The machine evenly distributes products to each channel via the entrance plate chain, checks for bottle shortage, arranges them through the gate mechanism, and pushes them to the film winding belt. The film roll passes through splicing, feeding, and cutting mechanisms before being applied to products and sent to the heat shrinking furnace.
