The machine consists of:

• Rack and bottle feeding conveyor
• Pressure control module conveyor
• Product grouping and bottle pushing components
• Cardboard buffer and conveyor sections
• Folding and forming sections
• Operation box and electrical cabinet

Cardboard is manually placed on the buffer conveyor, then separated by vacuum suction cups and conveyed to the forming area. Products are grouped and pushed into position, then combined with cardboard for automatic wrapping.
