Production Process Overview
The canning process begins with fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, meat or fish) being picked at peak quality and transported to the canning facility. The produce undergoes thorough washing, peeling, trimming, and slicing before being packed into cans moving along a conveyor system. Liquid (brine, water, oil, syrup or juice) is added before sealing.
Each can undergoes hermetic sealing and air tightness testing before being sterilized in large cookers at precise temperatures and pressures. This thermal processing eliminates microorganisms while preserving nutrients. After cooling, cans are labeled and packaged for distribution.
