It can detect the "material effect" produced by magnetic ores with a material grade below 70%. When harmful metals in the material pass through the sensor, the metal detector alarms and gives a control signal. The sensor is a window design, without partition tape, and is easy to install.

The metal detector mainly consists of two parts: a CNC box and a sensor. It uses advanced digital processing technology to automatically analyze the composition and grade of the ore, plant effect compensation, dedicated chip digital electrical appliances, and digital phase shift detection, multi-frequency, and multi-channel technology. It has stable performance, high detection sensitivity, and strong anti-interference ability. It is suitable for belt conveyors in various industries such as thermal power generation, metallurgy, coal, cement, ore, etc., which are used for conveying and processing systems of magnetic or non-magnetic bulk materials. It can accurately detect various metal debris mixed in the materials, such as iron, steel, manganese steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc. It solves the problem that iron ore, stone ore and other mining enterprises cannot use iron removers to remove large pieces of iron, steel, manganese steel, etc., which cause serious damage to the back-end equipment, and fills the domestic gap in the field of metal detectors.
