Tieback Square Shaft Helical Ground Anchors 73-219mm OD with 2m Modular Sections for Foundation Support
Helical piers, also known as anchors, piles or screw piles, are deep foundation solutions used to secure new or repair existing foundations. This modern improvement to traditional cement footings features engineered steel posts with screw-like helices for superior performance.
Each pier consists of extendable base equipment made with helical engineered metallic plates attached to a central steel shaft using round or rectangular cross-sections. The steel plate thickness, diameter, number, and helices are engineered based on design life requirements, environmental conditions, and geotechnical parameters.
Screw piles are provided in modular sections approximately 2m long. The lead section typically features three galvanized steel helices of increasing size welded to the shaft. Additional 2m follower sections are available for greater depth requirements.
