Straight rod type

Straight silicon carbon rod, also called equal diameter silicon carbon rod, is made of a heating end and two cold ends welded at high temperature, and the diameter of the heating part is consistent with that of the cold end. It is made of high-purity green silicon carbide as the main raw material and is made through multiple processes.

Its maximum operating temperature is 1500℃, with good chemical stability and no effect of acid on it. It can be matched with the automatic electric control system, which can accurately control the temperature and can also automatically adjust the temperature according to the process curve. It is suitable for equipment such as tunnel kilns and vacuum furnaces, and is widely used in metallurgy, ceramics, scientific research and other fields. It is an ideal electric heating element.
