The production line, in response to the core requirements of sanitary napkins for "instant absorption and water locking, as well as preventing side leakage", adopts a stable core quantitative laying technology. It can precisely control the mixing ratio and distribution position of water-absorbing resin and flume paste, ensuring rapid penetration of menstrual blood without backflow. Meanwhile, by optimizing the anti-side leakage edge hot pressing process, a 3-5cm widened guard can be stably formed, fitting the curve of the human leg, effectively reducing the risk of side leakage. The finished product qualification rate remains stable at over 98%, helping buyers build products with a good reputation.
It can be compatible with various surface materials such as pure cotton, bamboo fiber, and breathable non-woven fabric. By adjusting the fabric's conveying tension and bonding pressure, it avoids skin irritation caused by fiber damage during production. For different market preferences, the product thickness can be flexibly adjusted - the thin and light models produced for tropical regions can control the core thickness at 2-3mm, while the warm models designed for high-latitude regions can be thickened to 5-6mm, meeting the diverse demands without modifying the core equipment.
