Full servo control ensures product consistency:
- Relying on the electronic shaft synchronization technology of the full servo system, the parameter errors of each process on the production line (fabric conveying, elastic waist fitting, core body positioning, cutting) can be controlled within ±0.3mm, ensuring that the size, elasticity and absorption performance of each piece of pull-up pants are highly uniform, avoiding quality fluctuations caused by differences in manual operation. It is especially suitable for chain baby and maternal stores and medical purchase orders with high requirements for product standardization, helping buyers stably obtain long-term cooperation opportunities.
Strong ability to handle unexpected situations:
- Equipped with a power-off memory function, it can automatically restore previous production parameters after a brief power outage and restart, avoiding batch scrapping caused by power fluctuations. Key parts are equipped with fault early warning devices. When problems such as fabric deviation or core material shortage occur, the machine will immediately stop and an alarm will be issued to reduce the generation of waste. In response to the unstable batches of raw materials in some areas, the servo system can adjust the conveying speed and pressure to accommodate minor quality differences of raw materials (such as ±0.1mm thickness deviation of non-woven fabric), ensuring the continuity of production.
