Description of Epoxy Stick Adhesive Sealing For Car Repair Stick
Features: Thirty Minutes Fast solidify epoxy adhesive with good insulating and sealing characteristics is epoxy putty. Environmentally friendly, high strength, aging resistance, water resistance, weak acid resistance, low shrinkage is easy to use.
Main component is modified Epoxy Resin mucus; B component is modified curing agent.
Products are extensively used for bonding, metal, pottery, dimension stone, concrete, glass, etc. sealing. Its main uses are to seal the pipes, fix the cleaning tools, seal of the swimming pools, housetop, washing room, basement, balcony, solar installation, casting parts, cultural relic repairing, instrument antisepsis, real estate management, construction, engineering maintenance, pipes connecting and mold making etc.
Method 1: After removing the oil, dirty, rust, clean and dry the surface. If the surface is smooth, firstly it must be made rough, then clean and dry.
Mix glue A and B with a ratio of 1:1 equally for utilization of glue cement. Three to five minutes after homogeneous mixing should be spent on the operation. Please press on the surface the adhesive during the procedure. One hour will have it curing as hard as steel.
Alert: 1. It has to be exactly sufficient for combining the two ingredients. Use the second time only the remaining glue.
2. Steer clear of the glue touching skin and eyes; if you contact skin, wash it with soap and water; if you contact eyes carelessly, flush it with clean water and consult a doctor right away.
3. If using it in winter, kindly heat the glue and surfaces to be joined till the temperature to be warm, say 23±2℃.
4. Strictly avoid letting the children touch and into the mouth.
Packed and stored:
Store the goods in shade and in a dry environment with air-tight closure. One year makes up the shelf life. It can be used depending on test passing beyond the shelf life.
