The TRZYQ series Mud Gas Separator is designed to remove large amounts of free gas, especially harmful H₂S, from drilling fluids. Functionally, it mainly removes large gas bubbles (≥Φ3mm). These bubbles, mostly expanded gas infiltrating the wellbore annulus drilling fluid, can cause well kicks if not removed promptly, threatening the entire drilling process.
