Product Description

The Desander Cylone is a key equipment in the solid control system of drilling fluid, which is mainly used to separate solid particles (such as sand particles, rock chips, etc.) with a particle size of 15-47 microns in the drilling fluid, reduce the density of drilling fluid, improve drilling efficiency, and protect subsequent equipment (such as centrifuges, mud pumps) from wear.

Supporting equipment

•  It needs to be paired with a sand pump to provide the feed pressure.

•  Oil/gas drilling: for secondary solid control of drilling fluids (located after the shaker and before the desiltator).

•  Mine tailings treatment: separation of coarse particles in slurry.

•  Environmental engineering: sediment separation in industrial wastewater.
